Using Collaborate in RDC’s VDI environment is different than using Collaborate on a home computer. With VDI, you do not install or run the launcher. The document below shows how to start Collaborate on IE, Chrome, and Firefox within VDI.

NOTE: Running the Launcher in VDI will cause Collaborate not to work. If this happens, contact IT (342-3580); they are the only ones that can correct the problem.
Student VDI and Collaborate
Students VDI sessions work differently. If they run the Launcher they will need to log out and then log back in. This will correct the problem.
